I used to be overworked and out of shape, struggling to find time for exercise and failing to reach my goals. I used to feel like I had an aging body, constantly struggling with aches and weight gain, while wondering why others could reshape themselves so easily.
I finally had enough, so I focused my education on fixing my struggles.
My aches disappeared, and I achieved my goals, reshaping myself into feeling younger, more attractive, and confident. I realized I wasn't too busy, old, or cursed with an incapable body.
