Hello, my name is Jesse, and I am a fitness expert and nutritionist with degrees from USC, as well as post-university studies in physical therapy and postural alignment.
I used to be overworked and out of shape, struggling to find time for exercise and failing to reach my goals. I used to feel like I had an aging body, constantly struggling with aches and weight gain, while wondering why others could reshape themselves so easily.
I finally had enough, so I focused my education on fixing my struggles.
My aches disappeared, and I achieved my goals, reshaping myself into feeling younger, more attractive, and confident. I realized I wasn't too busy, old, or cursed with an incapable body.
As a coach, I offer the same specialized service to those struggling like I was.
I was talking to a colleague at work, and he mistakenly thought I was in my 40’s! I just turned 60! It feels exciting and surreal at the same time. My desk job and my age had made me feel that getting in shape was impossible. My body felt like it was aging quickly with excess fat, less muscle, and knee pain from poor posture.
I tried everything - expensive trainers, diets, luxury anti-aging doctors, and even private chefs. But no one could give me the results I wanted, until I met Jesse. Within the first week my body started changing. We train over Zoom and it’s astonishing to see his skills. He notices every detail.
I saw my best results during Jesse's 90-day intensive program and year-long plan. Now, with my travel picking up, I switched to his concierge plan, which gives me the freedom to stay on track no matter where I am.
Jesse is a fantastic guy - fun-loving, in great shape, and he practices what he preaches. He's also incredibly considerate of my time and schedule, which means a lot. I'm extremely selective when it comes to recommendations within my circles/network, but I can confidently say that Jesse is one of the exceptional few who I wholeheartedly endorse. He’s worth every minute of your investment.
I wish I had met Jesse earlier because I would have saved time and frustration, but at 60 years young, thanks to his guidance, I finally have the body I always wanted.

Posture Fitness VS Stress Fitness
The difference between a fitness approach that prioritizes health versus a traditional fitness approach that prioritizes strain is how your body feels in the long term.
When your body is exhausted and has poor posture, your weight is more likely to yo-yo up and down.
This 'yo-yo' happens because your body is stressed. Once it's stressed, it's immediate response is to use its resources to create inflammation and recover. Not to lose fat or gain muscle.
Most fitness and nutrition programs focus on creating more stress, fatigue, and restriction.
I focus on my posture fitness exercises to take stress off your body!
